GEOLOC Road Bind 500
High performance emulsion for unsealed road and shoulder stabilisation.
GEOLOC Road Bind 500 is a spray applied environmentally safe high-performance acrylic co-polymer that creates nano composites within the soil fabrics and modifies the soil micro-structures for the soil stabilisation field.
GEOLOC Road Bind 500 lowers project costs and replaces traditional hydrocarbon based materials. Applications for use include staging areas, stock-piles and tailing ponds.
When applied, GEOLOC Road Bind 500 will deeply penetrate the substrate. Upon curing it will bond the soil particles with a nano polymerized grid. This will laminate the soil particles in place creating tensile strength to avoid fracturing. The treated area becomes very resilient to wear and our unique elasticity ensures the road will survive heavy vehicular traffic, rain, snow and various conditions that can wear down a road.

GEOLOC Erosion Control 400 is a spray applied hybrid acrylic co-polymer, deep soaking solution that creates nano composites within the soil fabrics and modifies the soil micro-structures for erosion control and suring up embankments.
Extremely effective in stabilising soil particles after bushfires that denude the landscape and effective in creating durable, long lasting embankments, fire free metallurgical coal stockpiles and stabilising tailing ponds.
GEOLOC Erosion Control 400 will penetrate deep into the soil, bonding particulates in a nano polymerized grid, laminating the soil particles in place, building tensile strength to avoid fracturing.

GEOLOC No More Dust 300 is a spray applied environmentally safe high-performance acrylic co-polymer coating that modifies the soil micro-structures for dust mitigation.
Extremely effective in stabilising soil particles for fugitive dust control on roadways.
GEOLOC No More Dust 300 will penetrate the soil. Upon curing it will bond the soil particles with a nano polymerized ductile grid-like formation. The treated area becomes very resilient to wear and our unique elasticity ensures the roadway will remain dust free for 12-18 months.

GEOLOC Pozzi Boost 200
A binding admixture added to the water truck being used for road restoration or re-sheeting works, that reduces evaporation of moisture and creates a binding gel during the soil stabilisation process.
GEOLOC Pozzi Boost 200 utilises the water being added during restoration works, at an approximate ratio of 120 parts water to 1 of concentrate, transforming it into nano sized C-S-H (Calcium Silicate Hydroxide) gel.
This pozzolanic admixture has a blaine similar to silica fume, causing an organic chemical reaction with cementitious and lime products already being utilised in the soil stabilisation process, so it takes advantage of the calcium hydroxide production processes to build additional C-S-H gel, generating a superior binder.
